We loved working with Josh, Tanner and their designer Susan on our primary bathroom remodel. They were incredibly helpful with the design process, budgeting and working with our timeframe. They were always responsive to our questions and worked with us on any changes we wanted to make. We good experiences with all the subcontractors that worked on the project. Josh and Tanner worked well to resolve any unforeseen complications that came up. They were always really respective of our home, our space and our time. We absolutely love our new bathroom and can’t believe how transformed the space is. It was a joy to work with them on this project and we definitely plan to use them again on future ones.

We worked with Josh and Tanner on our main bathroom / closet remodel. They were great partners throughout the process. They helped us understand and price options and really sought to understand what was important to us. The work they did was fantastic, it looks great and exceeded our expectation for the remodel. One thing I would say sets them apart from other contractors I have worked with is their communication skills. They are proactive about updates, and they make sure that you are understanding the options and the implications, even if you aren't nearly as handy as they are.

Strongly recommend them if you are looking for quality work done on your home!

We had a fantastic experience working with Josh and Tanner on our kitchen renovation. They handled our countertop replacement + sink installation and did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. Both were communicative, genuine, and personable—really listening to what we wanted and making sure everything ran smoothly. They coordinated seamlessly with the slab team, solved existing issues, and went above and beyond our expectations. Josh was also extremely helpful in giving us tips for the parts of the renovation we were doing ourselves. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We could highly recommend them and are looking forward to working with them on future projects.

Josh and Tanner are some of the most professional tradesman I have encountered. When I was caught in a bind and needed a small tile job done quick they responded with fair pricing and quick scheduling. Would highly recommend.

Josh and Tanner turned our mostly nonfunctional master bath into something quite nice. Had to deal with moldy subfloor and wall thanks to the old shower. Had to do quite a bit of reconstruction to remove a tiny shower stall and a nonfunctional Jacuzzi tub. Looks wonderful now.
Next year planning on having them do our kitchen.

I hired these guys to do my basement. they got way over their heads, tried to fix things using an outside contractor who walked off the job. Used an another outside drywall contractor who worked without any respect for our home environment. They did a floor leveling (badly) and failed to contain the concrete dust causing all kinds of problems. then When faced with their last Tile subcontractor walking off the job, they demanded another $3K, took the money and I never heard from then again. STAY AWAY
